CM Punjab Mohtarama Maryam Nawaz Sharif Launches Punjab’s First Community Health Inspectors Program
Lahore, 07 January 2026: Chief Minister Punjab Mohtarama Maryam Nawaz Sharif digitally inaugurated Punjab’s first Community Health Inspectors Program in a ceremony held at Punjab Hockey Stadium, and was attended by 55,000 Community Health Inspectors from across the province. Community Health Inspectors were overjoyed upon her arrival to attend the ceremony. She took a long walk on track of the hockey stadium and welcomed the community health inspectors coming from each district. She reached in front of each enclosure on the track to encourage them, and took a picture of a girl holding portrait of Quaid-i-Awam Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Chief Minister Mohtarama Maryam Nawaz Sharif responded to the slogans of community health inspectors by waving her hand at them. A contingent of community health inspectors saluted her, and marched behind a band singing national songs. A beautiful display of fireworks was arranged before Chief Minister Mohtarama Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s speech that scattered colors in the sky. A documentary film on Community Health Inspectors Program was also screened in the ceremony. Provincial Minister for Health and Population Welfare Khaaja Imran Nazir delivered an enthusiastic speech. He said,”Mohtarama Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s performance cannot be compared to any other Chief Minister of the country throughout the history.”
Chief Minister Mohtarama Maryam Nawaz Sharif congratulated the Provincial Health Minister, Secretary Health and their entire team in her speech. The stadium echoed with applause during her speech, as Community Health Inspectors welcomed guests by turning on lights of their mobile phones.
